Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains exactly how refunds work for each of our products so there are no surprises.

Refund Policy by Product

Management OS ($97, self-paced digital course): 14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase Management OS and decide it is not for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Scaling Engine OS ($297, digital course + community access): 14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase Scaling Engine OS and decide it is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Founders Board ($20,000 / year, or $2,000 / month, live group coaching): no standard refund

Because Founders Board includes live coaching, direct access to our team, and a reserved seat in a limited-capacity group, refunds are not offered as a standard policy. When you enroll, you are committing to the full term.

If extraordinary circumstances arise, you may reach out to us and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. We are fair and reasonable people.

Private Advisory ($50,000 / year, or $5,000 / month, one-on-one advisory): no standard refund

Private Advisory is a high-touch, one-on-one engagement. Due to the reserved time, resources, and personalized attention involved, refunds are not offered as a standard policy.

As with Founders Board, we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include your full name and the email address used at purchase.
3. Tell us which product you would like a refund for.
4. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
5. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issue directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in termination of your account and access to all products.

Installment Plans

If you enrolled in a product with an installment plan, requesting a refund does not cancel future installment obligations unless the refund is approved within the applicable guarantee window. Monthly billing for the Founders Board and Private Advisory is an installment plan on an annual commitment, so you remain responsible for the full committed amount regardless of whether you continue to use the program.
