In their words
What owners say once the system is in.
“It's easier to do the work when you know what to do. That's like 10% of the effort. The crazy part is the 90% is doing the work without knowing where you can get to.”
“Going from the first Italian restaurant to the second Italian restaurant took me three years. And now, in four months, I signed my second Sunny's.”
“In the past, my role as an owner was every role in the restaurant. Whereas now, almost never. I never have to be there. I'm there if and when I want to be.”

About these results
How we report them.
Are these real clients?
Yes. Every case study on this page comes from a recorded interview with the owner. Quotes are verbatim. Numbers are the ones the owner stated on camera, with the date noted, because they change.
Why are the numbers dated?
Because a restaurant group's revenue and location count move every quarter. A figure that was true in a November interview may be different by the following summer. Where we have a later update from the owner, we say so.
Did The Scaling Engine do this for them?
No. Each owner did the work. Wesley says it directly in his interview: knowing what to do is 10 percent, doing it is 90 percent. We provided the system, the coaching, and the board. They built the businesses.
The Founders Board
Every one of these owners started with an application.
Five minutes. If it looks like a fit, we book a call to walk through the operation and decide together.
