The private Founders Board · restaurant owners doing $1M+
Most owners don't open a second location. They just talk about it.
The Founders Board is where the talking stops. Weekly calls with Alex Yanovsky, the full Scaling Engine OS™, and a room of operators, focused on three outcomes: more profit, a management system that runs without the owner, and the next locations.
By application. $20,000 a year, or $2,000 a month.

What the board is for
Three outcomes. Every week.
Every call, every playbook, and every audit question serves one of these. Members bring their numbers; the room works the problem in this order.
Increase profitability
The Deep Audit™ finds where margin is leaking across prime costs, labor, waste, and menu. The Quick Wins report says where to recover it in the first 30 days.
Install management systems
Org chart, roles with outcomes, the 7-Step Management System, daily Result-Analysis-Action reports, and a meeting rhythm. Installed with the managers on the call.
Scale into new locations and markets
Once the operation runs on reports, the weekly calls turn to expansion: the next site, the next market, the next hire, and the numbers that say the model is ready to copy.
Who it is for
Built for a specific kind of owner.
A fit
- Restaurants doing roughly $1M to $20M+ a year, one to ten locations
- Owners who want to open more units, or step off the floor, or both
- Operators with managers in title who need managers in practice
- Owners willing to install systems, not just watch the calls
Not a fit
- Concepts that have not opened yet
- Businesses under $1M a year
- Owners looking for marketing or done-for-you services
- Anyone expecting results without changing how the business is managed

Every member, every term
The same full stack. Only the length of the commitment changes.
What is inside
Three pillars: the playbooks, Alex in your corner, and the board.
Full license: Scaling Engine OS™
What it is
Complete access to all six operating systems (Fundamentals, Management, Marketing, Finance and Data, Profit, Expansion) plus every implementation framework, dashboard, SOP library, template, and tool.
Why it matters
It becomes the company's operational backbone: a standard infrastructure that replaces reactive management with structured control.
Weekly group coaching calls with Alex
What it is
A weekly session led by Alex Yanovsky on expansion timing, capital allocation, risk, leadership build-out, and enterprise value. Owners bring their numbers; the room works the problem.
Why it matters
As revenue grows, decisions compound. The calls make strategic moves deliberate and data-informed instead of reactive.
The Founders Board™
What it is
Direct access to serious multi-unit and scaling operators inside a private environment.
Why it matters
High-level operators need high-level conversations. Members learn from each other's questions as much as their own.
Live events, twice a year
What it is
In-person days focused on enterprise strategy, expansion modeling, leadership evolution, and capital planning.
Why it matters
Strategic clarity accelerates when owners step off the floor and work on the business, in depth, with other serious founders.
Private Founders Board group chat
What it is
A dedicated group connecting members with Alex and the implementation team for real-time troubleshooting.
Why it matters
Scaling does not happen only on scheduled calls. This is the hotline for decisions, document reviews, and accountability between sessions.
Included at the start
The first 30 days pay for themselves, or we find out why.
The Deep Audit™
A 50-point diagnostic covering prime costs, labor efficiency, leadership gaps, and growth constraints. Most owners fix symptoms; the audit finds causes.
The Quick Wins report
An action plan built from the audit data, identifying where margin can be recovered in the first 30 days. The goal is for the program to pay for itself early.
The Business MRI Call™
A private session to work through the audit and the Quick Wins report and agree on a 16-week execution roadmap. Not a generic curriculum: the specific bottlenecks.
Alex AI priority access™
A 24/7 assistant trained on Alex's management frameworks, for decision support between calls.
How it works
Audit. Game plan. Weekly execution.
Three steps, in that order. The first quarter is the heaviest, because that is when the org chart, scorecards, and reports get built. After that the system runs on its rhythm and the calls turn to expansion.
Time commitment: one weekly call, plus implementation work between calls. Owners who bring their managers to the install calls move fastest.
The Deep Audit™
Week 1A 50-point diagnostic across prime costs, labor efficiency, leadership gaps, and growth constraints. It produces the Quick Wins report: where margin can be recovered in the first 30 days.
The game plan
Week 2The Business MRI Call™ turns the audit into a 16-week roadmap. Current and future org chart, the first foundation hire, which system gets installed first, and the number that has to move first.
Weekly execution
Every weekThe plan is installed on the weekly calls with Alex, with the owner's managers on the call when a system is being taught. Org chart and role scorecards, then the 7-Step Management System and daily reports, then the meeting rhythm. Each week: what moved, what did not, what changes tomorrow.

Questions
What owners ask before applying.
What happens after I apply?
A short application tells us about the business: locations, revenue, the biggest bottleneck, and the goal for the next 6 to 12 months. If it looks like a fit, we book a call to walk through the operation and decide together whether the Founders Board makes sense. If it is not a fit, we say so and point to a better starting place.
What does the first 90 days look like?
Week one is The Deep Audit™, a 50-point diagnostic across prime costs, labor, leadership gaps, and growth constraints. From that comes a Quick Wins report and a private Business MRI Call™ to set a 16-week roadmap. Then the installation starts: current and future org chart, role scorecards, the 7-Step Management System for managers, daily reports, and the meeting rhythm.
How much does it cost?
The Founders Board is $20,000 a year, or $2,000 a month. Every member gets the same full stack: the Scaling Engine OS™, weekly calls with Alex, the board, both live events, the group chat, The Deep Audit™, the Quick Wins report, the Business MRI Call™, and Alex AI. Nothing is held back for an upsell.
For owners who want Alex one on one rather than in a group, Private Advisory is $50,000 a year, or $5,000 a month. Both are annual commitments, whether paid yearly or monthly, and both are by application.
I only have one location. Is it too early?
Several members joined with one location, including two of the case studies on this site. What matters is that the restaurant is established, profitable enough to invest in management, and the owner wants to build toward more units or step off the floor.
What if I have managers already?
Good. Most members do. The usual problem is that the managers are managers in title only, because nobody wrote down what they own or how they are measured. The system fixes that first.
Are the results on this site typical?
No. They are real, they are dated, and they are from owners who did a lot of work. We show them because they are true, not because they are promised. See the disclaimer near every call to action.
